100 Percent Literacy Rate in Madhyapur Thimi

Madhyapur Thimi municipality is declaring cent percent literacy rate. It’s the first in the district to have 100 percent literacy.

Information and legal officer at the municipality office, Keshav Silwal, said the municipality would be declared as the municipality with cent percent literacy, organizing a programme after 10 days. A stakeholders’ meeting on Monday decided to make such announcement.

The campaign of ‘making one literate by another literate one’ was one of the reasons behind the achieving the success. RSS.
